SPEECH TEXT
The honourable our
lecturer, and my lovely friend.
Assalamu’alaikum
warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
For
the first, let’s we say thanks to Allah who has given us the healthy so that we
can come to our campus especially to our lovely class. And then shalawat and
salam we send to our prophet Muhammad SAW Allahumma shalli Muhammad wa’ala ali
Muhammad who has bring us from the darkness to the lightness.
Dear brothers and
sisters,
It’s
a great pleasure for me to be given the opportunity to deliver a speech with
the title “ some tips that can make people laugh”.
A few good ideas for
finding a way to have a laugh:
-smile
Smiling
is the beginning of laughter. When you look at someone or see something even
middly pleasing, practice smiling.
-count your blessings
The
simple act of considering the good things in your life will distance you from
negative thoughts that are a barrier to humor and laughter.
-when you hear
laughter, move toward it
When you hear laughter,
seek it out and ask “what’s funny”?
-spend time with fun,
playful people
These
are people who laugh easily, both at themselves and who routinely find the humor
in everyday events.
-find funny clips on
youtube
-watch a comedy movie
-watch a comedy on TV
-go to a comedy club
-check out the comics
We can find a way to
have a laugh in there are places.
My beloved lecturer,
sisters, and brothers.
Laughter also can help
our ancestor bond.
The
first is aerobic. Aerobic increase the oxygen intake of our body and also gives
our diaphragms a good work out. Second, varies with age. Third, lowers levels
of stress hormones strengthens the immune system. Laughter also help us breathe
more deeply, increase out heart rate and helps our muscles to relax. Fourth, is
an inexpensive medicine. Laughter has also been shown to regulate our sleep
system and can help to overcome many sleep disorders. The last is balance the
brain. When we laugh the left and right sides of our brain look almost
identical. Build up the tension with laugh.
I also will tell you
about the benefit of laugh for our healthy.
-Laughter
and humor help us stay emotionally healthy. Laughter makes us feel good. Humor helps
us keep positive, optimistic outlook through difficult situations.
-blood flow,
-immune response,
-blood sugar levels,
and the last is
relaxation and sleep.
